Caroline has worked within early years for over 24 years, she has gained experience and knowledge from working in a variety of roles and has a passion for creating homely environments and experiences that inspire awe and wonder ensuring every child has a magical early years journey becoming confident and curious learners ready for their next big step into education.
Caroline brings with her a wealth of managerial experience managing a large early years team within a school.

My name is Lindsey and I am the deputy manager here at Middleton. I began my employment with the Old School House Day Nursery in May 2023.
My career began as a nursery apprentice in 2004 and my passion for childcare has continued. I have 14 years management experience within the early years sector and find it an extremely rewarding role.
My favourite part of my role is watching the children grow, develop, meet their milestones and achieve their goals. Every day is different! It is great at the end of the day when we can share the children's experiences from the day with their families.
